We wanted to change the world… well maybe not the world, but certainly the intervention market
From 2016 the Wellgrab team worked hard to identify the limitations of current tools. We reviewed missing features and looked at opportunities for monitoring the in-hole progress when using digital fishing tools.
After 2 years of development, the technology became commercial in December 2018, with our first two projects taking place in June 2019.
Following successful operations, we signed a global agreement with Welltec for the Wellgrab(TM) technology.
In August 2019 we were delighted to secure more investors, and this was strengthened further in 2020, when we secured Research Council of Norway funding.
We have led, and continue to lead, the digital transition of intervention tools. We have come a long way and have much more to come as we continue on our mission.
We are driving the future of downhole intervention tools. We are Autentik.
